ERMES BACK PG SPEARGUN TRIGGER

Όταν σχεδιάσαμε το μηχανισμό αυτό, έπρεπε να λυθεί ένα πρόβλημα, να βεβαιωθούμε ότι η συσκευή αυτή (πίσω) θα μπορούσε επίσης να τοποθετείται σε ξύλινα τουφέκια, στην πραγματικότητα σε ένα κανονικό μηχανισμό αντιστροφής, το μέγεθος του καθίσματος, και την τοποθεσία όπου θα συμπέσει ακριβώς στον άξονα της λαβής, ώστε να μην αποδυναμώνεται η δομή του άξονα που θα μπορούσε να οδηγήσει σε καταστροφικές συνέπειες. Έχουμε λύσει με επιτυχία αυτό το εμπόδιο με τη συσκευή αυτή, οι διαστάσεις της σκανδάλης είναι 46 mm μήκος, 16 mm πλάτος και 20 mm βάθος, με ένα μηχανισμό που κινείται πίσω περίπου 4 ή 5 εκατοστά, περιέχει αμορτισέρ για να την σίγαση την στιγμή της βολής και εργονομική σκανδάλη, και είναι κατάλληλο για τους όσους κατασκευάζουν σύγχρονα ξύλινα όπλα. Η απελευθέρωση της πετονιάς γίνεται μέσω ενός μοχλού που αλληλεπιδρά με το δόντι(πατέντα) και ως εκ τούτου δεν σκληραίνει η σκανδάλη.

Τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά: Η κάσα είναι πάχους 2 mm και είναι κατασκευασμένη από τιτάνιο με αμμοβολή, με αποτέλεσμαAntireflective, τα μέλη του δοντιού της σκανδάλη είναι 6 mm,υποβοηθούμενη με 2 ελατήρια , ο απελευθερωτής πετονιάς είναι 2,5mm, το πλάτος της κάσας είναι 16mm, συνολικό μήκος 65 mm, διάρρηξη 46 χιλιοστά, βάθος 20 mm, 20mm για διάρρηξη, πλευρική απόσταση μεταξύ των οπών 29,3 χιλιοστά, δύναμη πίεσης στην σκανδάλη, 0,800 κιλά έλξης 100 κιλά.

Quando abbiamo progettato questo meccanismo, dovevamo risolvere un problema, fare in modo che questo congegno (arretrato) potesse essere montato anche sui fucili in legno, infatti in un normale meccanismo inverso, le dimensioni della sede da eseguire per alloggiarlo , e la posizione in cui si troverebbe, coincidono proprio nell’innesto manico fusto, (tenone mortasa)  indebolendo inevitabilmente la struttura della giunzione con possibilità di rotture che porterebbero a conseguenze disastrose. Abbiamo brillantemente risolto questo handicap con questo congegno, infatti la sede per contenerlo misurerà solo 46 mm di lunghezza, 16 mm di larghezza e 20 mm di profondità, ottenendo un meccanismo che arretra di circa 4 o  5 cm, finendo solo per circa la metà sull’innesto, e comunque anche questa metà  viene “scavata” di solo 20 mm, con  questo compromesso,  la giunzione rimane affidabile, è dotato di  ammortizzatore del   rumore di sparo e di   grilletto  ergonomico,  ed è adatto  per chi fabbrica fucili moderni ed esasperati con una sella molto alta. Lo sgancio della sagola avviene tramite una levetta che interagisce con il dente (patented) e che quindi non indurisce il grilletto .
Collaudato a trazione di 250 kg.
